摘　　要：乳腺癌是发生在乳腺腺上皮组织的恶性肿瘤,位居女性恶性肿瘤死亡率的首位。祖国医学中虽无"乳腺癌"之病名,但根据其临床症状,认为其与中医学"乳岩""乳石痈""乳疳""奶岩"等病症相一致。文章通过对近年来中医药防治乳腺癌的文献进行梳理与总结,阐述了乳腺癌的中医学认识,包括其乳房的生理特征、乳腺癌额病因病机及治疗原则,着重分析了中医药防治乳腺癌的临床研究进展,包括中医药治疗乳腺癌临床疗效,防治术后和放化疗后并发症及不良反应,诸多研究表明中医药治疗乳腺癌效果良好,可不同程度地改善临床症状,有效治疗乳腺癌术后上肢水肿和皮瓣坏死并发症,明显减轻放化疗后的不良反应,且可降低乳腺癌复发率,提高乳腺癌患者生活质量以及改善预后,为进一步开展中医药治疗乳腺癌的临床研究开拓思路,提供切实的理论依据。Breast cancer is occurred in the mammary gland epithelial tissue of malignant tumor and the mortality rate is the highest in women malignant tumor. Although the motherland medicine does not have the name of breast cancer,according to its clinical symptoms,it is the same as traditional Chinese medicine Ruyan,Rushiyong,Rugan,Naiyan and so on. Based on traditional Chinese medicine in recent years,to review and summarize the prevention and treatment of breast cancer. The understanding of traditional Chinese medicine for breast cancer is expounded,including its physiological characteristics,etiology and pathogenesis and the treatment principle. This paper analyzes the traditional Chinese medicine clinical research progress of prevention and treatment of breast cancer,including breast cancer clinical curative effect of Chinese medicine,prevention and treatment of complications and adverse reactions after surgery and radiation and chemotherapy. Many studies have shown that Chinese medicine in the treatment of breast cancer effect is good and can improve the clinical symptoms in different degrees,effectively treat breast cancer postoperative complications,upper limb edema and skin flap necrosis,significantly reduce adverse reaction after the radiation and chemotherapy,and can reduce the recurrence rate of breast cancer,improve the quality of life of breast cancer patients and the prognosis so as to provide practical theory basis for further developing traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of breast cancer.
