摘　　要：血小板反应蛋白1(thrombospondin-1,TSP-1)是一种重要的细胞外基质糖蛋白,也是公认有效的内源性血管生成抑制因子,能影响及调控内皮细胞的黏附、运动、增殖,且与肿瘤及多种新生血管性疾病的发生发展密切相关。近年来,研究发现TSP-1与糖尿病视网膜病变的许多病理改变相关且对于视网膜血管平衡的维持至关重要。本文就TSP-1的作用机制及其在糖尿病视网膜病变中的作用进行综述。Thrombospondin-1, an important extracellular matrix glycoprotein, is recognized as an effective endogenous angiogenesis inhibitor and can affect and regulate the adhesion, motility and proliferation of endothelial cells, as well as closely correlated with the development and progress of tumor and neovascular diseases. In recent years, it has been found that Tsp-1 is associated with many pathologic changes in diabetic reti- nopathy and is critical for the maintenance of retinal vascular balance. And the mecha- nism of action of TSP-1 and its role in the development of DR will be reviewed in this paper.
