摘　　要：目的调查分析长期住院康复期精神病患者心理冲突,以此提出有效的护理管理策略。方法本研究选取的实验样本病例为我院收治的130例长期住院康复期精神病患者,样本选取时间段为2015年6月~2016年6月期间,采用我院自制的调查问卷对患者的心理冲突进行调查,并分析产生心理冲突的原因,以此作为依据提出针对性护理管理策略。结果经调查统计,长期住院康复期精神病患者心理冲突包含饮食、家人关心、被尊重、医院管理、出院要求等方面。结论长期住院康复期精神病患者会有多种心理冲突存在,以患者心理需求为依据予以护理管理对促进患者康复意义重大。Objective To investigate and analyze the psychological conflicts of psychiatric patients during longterm rehabilitation period, so as to put forward effective nursing management strategies. Methods 130 cases of chronic convalescent psychosis cured in our hospital from June 2015 to Jnue 2016 were selected as the experimental sample case. A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the psychological conflicts of the patients.The causes of psychological conflict was analyzed, and the targeted nursing management strategy were put forward. Results According to the investigation and statistics, the mental conflicts among the mentally ill patients in the long term hospital rehabilitation period include diet, family care, respect, hospital management, discharge requirements and so on. Conclusion There are many kinds of psychological conflicts in psychiatric patients during long-term hospitalization and rehabilitation. It is of great significance to promote the rehabilitation of patients by nursing management based on the psychological needs of the patients.
