摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训制度,是医学实践教育的进一步延伸,是医生提高临床实践能力的重要途径,更是保障医疗质量的有力举措。第三军医大学新桥医院神经内科做为首批临床住院医师规范化培训国家级基地,在住院医师规范化培训过程中积累了丰富的实践经验。本文就我科在住院医师规范化培训过程中的具体实践,从培训思路、规范带教、考评模式等方面,将创新性做法和体会做一总结。The standardized training system of residential physicians is a further extension of medical education. It not only plays an important role to improve the clinical practice ability for doctors,but also provides a powerful measure to ensure the quality of medical care.The department of neurology of Xinqiao hospital is one of the first national clinical resident physicians standardized training bases.In the process of standardized training of residents,it has accumulated rich practical experience.In this paper,we will make a summary of the innovative practice and experience in the standardized training process of the residents.
