摘　　要：目的对本院2980例乳腺普查的结果进行分析探讨,以便在临床上指导预防乳腺疾病工作。方法采用多普勒超声检查对2980例年龄大约在28~70岁的妇女进行乳腺普查,并分析检查结果。结果 2980例乳腺普查结果中,有3例为乳腺癌患者,其发病率为0.10%;有1226例乳腺增生患者,其发病率为41.14%;有28例为轻度导管扩张患者,其发病率为0.94%;有131例纤维腺瘤患者,其发病率为4.40%;有81例乳房囊肿患者,其发病率为2.72%。乳腺增生与纤维腺瘤的发病率高于其他乳腺疾病的发病率,且年龄在28~39岁之间的发病率高以其他年龄段的乳腺增生与纤维腺瘤的发病率,差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而年龄在40~49岁之间的乳腺癌发病率高于其他年龄段的乳腺癌发病率,差异明显有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对乳腺疾病方面知识的宣传和普查都是非常有必要的,尤其是乳腺普查能取到很好的预防和防治的作用。Objective To analyze and investigate breast screening results in 2980 cases of our hospital to guide prevention of breast disease in clinical practice. Methods 2980 women aged from 28 to70 years old were given breast screening by Doppler nltrasonography and examination results were analyzed. Results In breast screening results of 2980 cases,there were 3 cases with breast cancer and the incidence was 0.10%.There were 1226 patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands and the incidence was 41.14%.There were 28 patients with mild duct dilatation and the incidence was 0.94%.There were 131 patients with fibroadenoma and the incidence was 4.40%.There were 81 patients with galactocele and the incidence was 2.72%.Incidences of hyperplasia of mammary glands and fibroadenoma were high than the incidence of other breast diseases.In addition,incidences of hyperplasia of mammary glands and fibroadenoma of patients aged from 28 to 39 were higher than those with different ages.Differences were significant and differences were statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）.Incidence of breast cancer of patients aged from 40 to 49 was higher than that of patients with different ages（P 〈 0.05）. The difference was significant and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Publicity of relative knowledge of breast diseases and screening are essential. Especially breast screening has a good prevention and treatment effect.
