摘　　要：近年来,制药企业对干燥药品需求量逐渐增大。制剂药品冻干技术得以应用,而且制剂药品冻干是推进医药企业创新的重要内容,制剂药品冻干在国家高技术产业支持、地方特色产业扶持等有较好创新资源基础,企业、高校也为制剂药品冻干发展提供人才和技术,因此,在对冻干技术进行简要概述,并解析其原理,展望其应用前景,旨在提高制剂药品的冻干技术进步,从而推动制药产业的发展。In recent years,pharmaceutical companies demand for dry drugs gradually increased.Preparation of drug freeze-drying technology to be applied,and the preparation of pharmaceutical freeze-dried pharmaceutical industry is to promote the important content of innovation,preparation of drug freeze-dried in the national high-tech industry support,local characteristics of industry support and so have a better innovation resource base,Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to provide a brief overview of the freeze-drying,and analyze its principles and techniques,and look forward to its application prospects,aimed at improving the freeze-drying technology of pharmaceutical preparations to promote the pharmaceutical industry development of.
