摘　　要：高等职业教育主要是培养生产、建设、服务、管理一线的高素质技能型专门人才。从服务面向来看,中医药类毕业生主要去向为县级医院、社区医院、乡镇卫生院等基层医疗单位,其工作性质要求学生要在医学领域的多个岗位运用所学技能熟练地开展医疗服务,故需要中医药高职院校依托地方,发挥区位优势,不断创新人才培养模式,将国家职业标准和专业教学标准有效融合,在人才培养的质量、标准、规格和水平上下功夫,培养出实用、好用、能用的"三型四化"中医药人才。Modem higher vocational education is mainly to train high - quality skilled talents with production, construction, service and management. In a service view, the graduates of Chinese medicine could service for the community medical institutions, such as the county hospital, community hospitals, township hospitals and so on. It requires the graduates could be engaged in their health services by the theory and the basic skills through studing. In order to foster their ability, the High Vocation College of Traditional Chinese Medicine needs to rely on local city, to play geographical advantage, to innovate talent training model, to effectively fuse the national professional standards and professional teaching standards, to improve the quality, standards and specifications of personnel training.
