钛白粉在薄页特种印刷纸产品中的应用

摘　　要：在同条件下,研究钛白粉不同加入量、不同晶型对薄页特种印刷纸不透明度指标的影响,同时对钛白粉的使用方法、最适合加入量进行探讨。结果表明,金红石型钛白粉对薄页特种印刷纸不透明度指标提高最为明显,可以投入使用,但要注意使用方法,加入方式和加入量均要适宜,否则会降低钛白粉的使用效率、对产品质量造成负面影响。The effect of the titanium dioxide charge and its crystal form on the opacity of tissue specialty printing paper was studied under the same condition. The technology operation and most suitable titanium dioxide charge were researched. The results showed that futile titanium dioxide could improve obviously the opacity of the tissue specialty printing paper, and it could be used as filler, but should pay attention to the technology operation. The addition way and the amount of titanium dioxide should be appropriate, otherwise the efficiency of titanium dioxide would be reduced, and the negative effect to paper quality would be caused.
