摘　　要：已占"半边天"的学术期刊女性编辑,依然未能挣脱性别刻板印象的窠臼。性别刻板印象中的学术期刊女性编辑形象表现为:惯常定势的按部就班者、敏感脆弱的自信缺乏者和自我发展遭遇瓶颈的职业倦怠者。在探析其成因后,提出重塑女性编辑形象的路径:普及社会性别观念,真正将性别意识纳入决策主流;女性编辑主体意识的自我觉醒,做到自我认可和自我平衡;挖掘女性编辑气质特征,发挥独特女性视角。The stereotyped female editors are often unconfident, susceptible, and tired of their profession. With an analysis of the causes of the stereotyped image of female editors, this article discusses ways for the reconstruction of this image. Social gender awareness should be popularized to make it a part of decision making. Media should self disciplined to spread correct gender culture. Female editors should be more confident and give full play to their unique characteristics and perspectives in their work.
