摘  要:目的建立同时测定消痰益康(糖浆)中多成分的定量分析方法。方法采用HPLC波长切换法同时测定原儿茶醛、儿茶素、表儿茶素、金丝桃苷、槲皮素和杜鹃素的含量。色谱柱为Agilent TC-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);以甲醇-0.04%冰醋酸溶液为流动相,按规定进行梯度洗脱;流速0.9 mL/min;检测波长分别为280 nm(原儿茶醛、儿茶素和表儿茶素)、360 nm(金丝桃苷和槲皮素)和299 nm(杜鹃素);柱温30℃。结果原儿茶醛、儿茶素、表儿茶素、金丝桃苷、槲皮素和杜鹃素分别在7.290~145.8、2.550~51.00、13.76~275.2、6.470~129.4、2.660~53.20、3.880~77.60μg/m L范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系;平均加样回收率及相应的RSD分别为98.68%(1.35%)、99.27%(1.17%)、97.05%(0.58%)、99.84%(1.19%)、97.89%(0.95%)、98.78%(1.13%)。结论该方法可用于消痰益康(糖浆)的含量测定及质量控制。Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of the multiple components in Xiaotan Yikang syrup. Methods The contents of protocatechuic aldehyde,( +)-catechin,epicatechin,hyperoside,quercetin and farrerol were determined by HPLC gradient elution method. The Agilent TC-C18( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5μm) chromatographic column was adopted; the mobile phase consisted of A( methanol) and B( 0. 04% glacial acetic acid solution) with the column temperature being 30 ℃ and gradient elution; UV detection wavelength was set at 280 nm [protocatechuic aldehyde,( +)-catechin,epicatechin],360 nm( hyperoside,quercetin) and 299 nm( farrerol) with the flowrate of 0. 9 m L/min. Results Protocatechuic aldehyde,( +)-catechin,epicatechin,hyperoside,quercetin and farrerol,within the scope of 7. 290 ~ 145. 8,2. 550 ~ 51. 00,13. 76 ~ 275. 2,6. 470 ~ 129. 4,2. 660 ~ 53. 20 and 3. 880 ~77. 60 μg/m L,had a good linear relationship,respectively. The average recoveries and the corresponding RSD were98. 68%( 1. 35%),99. 27%( 1. 17%),97. 05%( 0. 58%),99. 84%( 1. 19%),97. 89%( 0. 95%) and 98. 78%( 1. 13%),respectively. Conclusion This method can be used for content determination and quality control of Xiaotan Yikang syrup.
