摘　　要：目的通过检测生存素(Survivin)、基质金属蛋白酶-11(matrix metalloproteinases-11,MMP-11)在宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达,探讨两者与宫颈鳞癌的临床病理特征关系及两者的相关性。方法采用免疫组化方法检测68例宫颈鳞癌组、27例宫颈上皮内瘤变(cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,CIN)组和16例正常宫颈组中Survivin、MMP-11的表达情况,分析各组宫颈组织中Survivin及MMP-11的阳性表达与临床病理之间的关系。结果 Survivin及MMP-11在宫颈鳞癌组中的阳性表达率(80.88%,69.12%)高于正常宫颈组(6.25%,6.25%)和CIN组(37.04%,40.74%),三组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。Survivin及MMP-11的阳性表达与宫颈鳞癌的临床分期、组织病理学分期及是否有淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。宫颈鳞癌组中Survivin与MMP-11的阳性表达呈正相关(r=0.609,P<0.05)。结论 Survivin及MMP-11在宫颈鳞癌组织中呈高表达,两者阳性表达在宫颈鳞癌的发生、发展过程中起重要作用;联合检测Survivin及MMP-11的表达可能对早期诊断宫颈鳞癌及对改善宫颈鳞癌的预后起到重要作用。Objective To investigate the expression of Survivin and matrix metalloproteinase-11 （MMP-11） in the tissues of cervical squamous cell carcinoma, to explore the relationship between the two and the clinicopathological features of cervical squamous cell carcinoma and the correlation between them. Methods The expression of Survivin and MMP-11 in 68 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma group, 27 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia（CIN） group and 16 cases of normal cervical group were detected by immunohistochemistry. The relationship between the positive expression of Survivin and MMP-11 in cervical tissues and clinicopathological features was analyzed in each groups. Results The positive expression rate of Survivin and MMP-11 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma group （ 80.88%, 69.12% ） was higher than that in normal cervical group （6.25%, 6.25% ） and CIN group （37.04%, 40.74% ）. The differences were statistically significant among the three groups（P〈0.01）. The positive expression of Survivin and MMP-11 was related to the clinical staging, histopathological staging and lymph node metastasis of cervical squamous cell carcinoma（P〈0.05）. There was a positive correlation between the expression of Survivin and MMP-11 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma group（r=0.609, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Survivin and MMP-11 are highly expressed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma, and the positive expression of both plays an important role in the development and progression of cervical squamous cell carcinoma. The combined detection of Survivin and MMP-11 expression may play an important role in the early diagnosis of cervical squamous cell carcinoma and the prognosis of cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
