摘　　要：放射治疗会引起照射部位发生放射性皮炎,这是肿瘤放疗中最常见的并发症之一,严重者可使治疗中断。许多学者分别对放射性皮炎的预防和治疗护理不断进行研究,并将研究成果应用于临床,取得了较好的效果。本文将近年来放射性皮炎的防治进展作一综述,并介绍本院放疗科用于防治放射性皮炎的畲药刺瓜液,它制作简单,成本经济,可预防放射性皮炎,保证了放疗的效果,值得临床推广应用。Radiation therapy can cause radiation dermatitis at the site of radiation, which is one of the most common complications of tumor radiotherapy, and in severe cases treatment can be interrupted. Many scholars have been continuing to study on the prevention and treatment care of radiation dermatitis, and research results have been applied to the clinical, which achieves good results. This article will summarize the progress of prevention and treatment of radiation dermatitis in recent years, and introduce She medicine thorn melon liquid used in the Department of Radiology in our hospital for the prevention and treatment of radiation dermatitis, which is simple to make and cost-effective, and can prevent radiation dermatitis, ensuring the effect of radiotherapy. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
