摘 要:某金矿通过破碎腔型优化及智能给矿,使破碎小时处理量增加约33t/h,碎矿最终产品粒度-12mm含量由80%提高到约83%;通过降低入磨粒度,优化磨矿分级流程实现精确化磨矿,旋流器溢流细度-0.074mm含量由51%提高到53%,选矿日处理能力由原来的10 000t/d提高到10 500t/d。同时,通过对旋流器结构优化提高分级效率,消除旋流器溢流中粗粒,优化磨矿产品粒度组成,使磨矿产品尽量集中易浮区间内,为后续选别提供更好的条件。Through chamber-type optimization of crushing and intelligent ore feeding,the hourly output of crushing is increased about 33t/h.the content of-12 mm particle size of final product after crushing is increased from 80%to about 83%.By reducing particle size fed into grinding,it can optimize the grinding classification flowsheet to achieve accurate grinding.The content of fineness-0.074 mm of overflow for hydrocyclone can be improved from 51% to 53%.The daily output of beneficiation is improved from the original 10 000t/d to 10 500t/d.Meanwhile,through the optimization of hydrocyclone structure it improves the classification efficiency,reduces the coarse grain in overflow of hydrocyclone,and optimizes the particle constitution in grinding product.Therefore,the grinding production are collected in easy-floating area,providing better condition for following mineral processing.
