摘 要:为保证全自动酶免分析仪加样精度及检测一致性,设计并实现了加样针同步控制系统。在分析同步控制方式的基础上设计了同步控制结构,设计了参数自整定和控制规则自调整的模糊控制与PID算法相结合的同步控制算法,并设计了软硬件系统进行实验验证。实验结果表明,该系统进入稳态前的过渡时间不超过75 ms,主从加样针的位置同步偏差在±0.07 mm以内,可以较好地满足系统设计要求,保证了全自动酶免分析仪加样针系统正常工作。In order to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the full automatic enzyme immunoassay analyzer, the pi- pette synchronization control system was designed and implemented. The synchronization control structure was designed on the basing of analyzing the synchronous control method. The synchronous control algorithm was designed by combining the fuzzy control with the PID algorithm. It could tune parameter and adjust control rules selfly. And the software and hardware system were designed to carry out experiment to verificate the system. Experiments result show that the time from starting to stable state is not over 75 ms and the error of position synchronous between master pipette and slave pipette is within ±0.07 mm, that meets the requirement of design of system well. The pipette system of automatic enzyme immunoassay analyzer can work normally.
