摘 要:通过搭建数字逻辑电路进行PWM调制的仿真方法,并搭建了4种PWM调制模块。从理论上分析了不同调制方式下无刷直流电动机电磁转矩脉动的特点,建立了基于转速、电流双闭环控制的无刷直流电动机系统仿真模型,不同的PWM调制方式对电机控制性能影响的仿真结果与理论分析相吻合。实验验证了PWM调制模型及控制方法的正确性。The PWM modulation simulation method was built by building a digital logic circuit, and four PWM modula- tion modules were built. The characteristics of the electromagnetic torque ripple of brushless DC motor in different modula- ted modes were analyzed theoretically. The simulation model of brushless DC motor system based on rotating speed and cur- rent double closed-loop control was established, and the simulation results of different PWM modulation methods are con- sistent with theoretical analysis. Finally, the correctness of the proposed PWM modulation model and control method are verified by experiments.
