肠型和弥漫型胃癌临床病理学特征及CD44v6、C-erB-2、VEGF、Survivin、Ki-67的表达分析

摘　　要：目的探讨肠型胃癌和弥漫型胃癌的临床病理特征及CD44v6、C-erB-2、VEGF、Survivin、Ki-67表达的差异。方法回顾性分析2013年12月~2016年12月在我院手术治疗的72例肠型胃癌和247例弥漫型胃癌患者的临床病理资料并进行比较研究。结果肠型胃癌的发病年龄高于弥漫型,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。男女发病率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。肠型和弥漫型胃癌患者在肿瘤大小、临床分期、浸润深度、区域淋巴结转移方面差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01),在肿瘤发生部位、远处转移方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。肠型胃癌患者CD44v6、C-erB-2、VEGF、Survivin、Ki-67的阳性率与弥漫型比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肠型和弥漫型胃癌患者在发病年龄、肿瘤大小、临床分期、浸润深度、区域淋巴结转移方面存在差异。Objective To investigate the clinicopathological features of intestinal-type and diffuse-type gastric carcinoma and the differences of expressions between CD44v6,C-erB-2,VEGF,Survivin and Ki-67.Methods The linical and pathology data of 72 patients with intestinal-type gastric cancer and 247 patients with diffuse-type gastric cancer who were given surgery in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively and compared from December 2013 to December 2016.Results The age of intestinal-type gastric cancer was higher than that of diffuse-type gastric cancer,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.There was no significant difference in the incidence rate between men and women（P 0.05）.There were statistically significant differences in tumor size,clinical stage,depth of infiltration and regional lymph node metastasis between the patients with intestinal-type and diffuse-type gastric cancer（P〈0.01）.There was no statistically significant difference in tumor location and distant metastasis between the patients with intestinal-type and diffuse-type gastric cancer（P〉0.05）.There was no significant difference in the positive rate of CD44v6,C-erB-2,VEG,Survivin and Ki-67 between the patients with intestinal-type and diffuse-type gastric cancer（P〉0.05）.Conclusion There are differences in onset age,tumor size,clinical stage,depth of infiltration and regional lymph node metastasis between the patients with intestinal-type and diffuse-type gastric carcinoma.
