摘　　要：目的探讨不同喂养方式对0~12月龄婴儿铁营养状况的影响。方法选取2015年1月~2016年1月前来我院门诊部体检0~12月龄婴儿220例。按照不同喂养方式将婴儿分为纯母乳喂养组75例、母乳+辅食喂养组72例、纯人工喂养73例。分别采集三组婴儿血样进行缺铁性贫血诊断,分析不同喂养方式对缺铁性贫血的发生率的影响。结果纯母乳喂养组婴儿缺铁性贫血发生率(30.67%)高于母乳+辅食喂养组(9.72%)及人工喂养组(13.70%),及时添加辅食的婴儿缺铁性贫血发生率(3.18%)低于未及时添加辅食(15.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在婴儿成长过程中,除了母乳喂养外,还应该辅助人工喂养,帮助婴儿均衡营养,补充一些含铁元素的营养物质,能更好的避免缺铁性贫血发生。Objective To explore the efficacy of different feeding methods on iron nutrition status in 0-12 month old infants.Methods 220 infants aged 0-12 month in our hospital outpatient department for physical examination from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected.According to different feeding methods,the infants were divided into the pure breastfeeding group（n =75）,the breastfeeding ＋complementary feeding group（n =72） and the pure artificial feeding（n =73）.Three groups of infant blood samples were collected for the diagnosis of iron deficiency anemia,and the influence of different feeding methods on the incidence of iron deficiency anemia was analyzed.Results The incidence of iron deficiency anemia in the pure breastfeeding group（30.67%） was higher than that in the breastfeeding＋complementary feeding group（9.72%） and the pure artificial feeding（13.70%）,the incidence of iron deficiency anemia in infants who had timely added food（3.18%） was lower in the infants who did not add timely food supplement（15.00%）,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion In the course of growth of infants and children,in addition to breastfeeding should also assist in artificial feeding,help infants balanced nutrition,nutrition supplement containing iron,can better avoid the incidence of iron deficiency anemia.
