摘 要:目的探讨品管圈活动在护理管理中对护理满意度的影响。方法 2016年1~6月实施常规护理管理作为对照组,2016年7~12月实施品管圈活动作为观察组,对比研究品管圈实施前后护理满意度的变化。采用统一设计的开放性问卷调查评估品管圈活动效果。结果品管圈实施后,观察组与对照组临床医师对护士工作配合满意度(100.0%vs.27.3%)、患者对护理服务满意度(93.93%vs.86.84%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论运用品管圈活动可显著提高临床医师、患者对护士满意度,促使临床护理服务改善、护理质量持续改进。Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle on the nursing satisfaction in nursing management.Methods From January to June 2016,routine nursing management was performed as the control group.From July to December 2016,quality control circle was performed as the observation group.The changes of nursing satisfaction before and after the quality control circle were compared and analyzed.An open questionnaire with unified design was applied to evaluate the effect of quality control circle.Results After implementation,the satisfaction degree of clinical physicians towards nurses′ work cooperation was(100% vs.27.3%) in the observation group and control group respectively,and the patients′ satisfaction degree with nursing services was(93.93% vs. 86.84%) respectively,the differences of the results were significant(P〈0.01).Conclusion Quality control circle is able to significantly improve the satisfaction rate of clinical physicians and patients towards nurses,and promote the continuous improvement of clinical nursing services and nursing quality.
