摘  要:介绍了金砖大赛智能制造赛项的竞赛任务。华中数控针对该任务专门开发的H N C-i Factory-m 1r1智能制造实训平台,包含数字化立体料仓、六关节机器人、第七轴加工中心、机床治具、在线检测系统、智能产线总控系统、产线总控PLC软件、R FID管理系统、产线大数据、云数控系统、大数据采集软件、工艺优化软件等,实现了机床G代码优化、"心电图"健康诊断、断刀检测、二维码故障诊断等智能控制功能,具备高速高精加工特点。支持"大数据采集及工艺优化"、支持"个性化产品的定制加工",设置集物联网、大数据、云数控等技术于一身的应用服务平台。此外,为加快推进"中国制造2025"强国战略,华中数控适时在全国布局产业基地,在多地建立"中国制造2025"智能制造示范点,着力探索智能制造人才培养,率先组建智能制造职教集团,开展智能制造人才需求调研、师资培训和顶岗实习,开发教材和教学资源及职业标准。The BRICS Competition smart manufacturing task. HNC-iFactory-mlrl training platform for the intelligent CNC task specially developed manufacturing, including digital stereo storehouse, six joint robot, seventh axis machining center, machine tool fixture, on-line detection system, intelligent production line control system, the production line PLC control software, RFID management system, the production line of big data, cloud, CNC system the software of the data acquisition and process optimization software. The intelligent control functions of G code optimization, ECG health diagnosis, breaking cutter detection and two-dimensional code fauh diagnosis are realized. The system has the characteristics of high speed and high precision machining. Support "big data acquisition and process optimization", support customized processing of personalized products, set the internet of things, big data, cloud CNC technology in one application service platform. In addition, to promote the "2025 China manufacturing" strategy to speed up timely in the layout of Huazhong CNC industry base, to build more "2025 China manufacturing" intelligent manufacturing model, focusing on intelligent manufacturing personnel training, take the lead in the formation of intelligent manufacturing vocational education group, to carry out intelligent manufacturing talent demand research, teacher training and internship. The development of teaching materials and teaching resources and occupation standard.
