摘　　要：简要介绍了安钢针对进厂大宗原燃料在运输过程中途耗日益严重问题,研发构建了一套途耗集中管控系统。通过途耗集中管控信息化平台对原燃料途耗进行精细化管理,安钢不仅在原燃料采购上节省了大量经济支出,同时强力提升了安钢供应链管理水平,在外进散装物料量较大的兄弟企业和相关行业具有极高的推广价值。The problem of the increasing natural loss of the crude fuel during transport had been introduced briefly in Anyang Steel,on the basis of which,a set of Centralized Control System had been built.Delicacy management for natural loss of the crude fuel through the information platform of the Centralized Control System in Anyang Steel,has not only saved a lot of economic expenditure on the crude fuel purchase,but also boosted the supply chain management level,which is of great promotion value to the brother enterprises and related industries in bulk materials.
