摘　　要：碳纤维是一种新型的高性能纤维材料,在国民经济和国防工业中具有举足轻重的地位,而聚丙烯腈(PAN)基碳纤维是目前碳纤维的主要发展品种。本文就国内外PAN基碳纤维的市场现状进行了探讨,并从生产技术及装备、产品性能及消费、投资等方面对国内外碳纤维生产进行了对比分析,得出:我国PAN基碳纤维在产品质量、应用体系及国产设备等方面与国外先进技术还有一定差距,但在产能及价格方面有一定优势。同时提出我国PAN基碳纤维发展的重点及难点在于关键装备的国产化、高性能碳纤维制备的工程化以及复合材料的应用。Carbon fiber is a new high-performance fiber, which plays important role in national economy and national defense industry, while polyacrylonitrile （PAN） -based carbon fiber is currently the main carbon fiber variety. In this paper, the current market situation of carbon fiber both at home and abroad is discussed, and the carbon fiber production at home and abroad is compared and analyzed from the aspects of production technology and equipment, product property and consumption, investment, etc. It draws the conclusion that compared with foreign counterparts, China still has a long way to go in terms of product quality, application system and local-manufactured equipment, but it has certain advantages in production capacity and price. It also points out that the key tasks and difficulties of developing PAN- based carbon fiber in China lie in localization of key equipment, engineering of high-performance carbon fiber preparation and application of composite materials.
