摘  要:阐述课堂案例教学方式对提高课堂教学质量的积极作用,分析在实施过程中出现的几个问题,结合教学实际提出有效实施课堂案例教学的思考,包括:加强教师的培训,提高教师把控课堂的能力;教师应对学习小组的协作学习内容配合教学起指导启示作用;努力解决好案例分析过程中的"搭便车"行为;打破寻求"唯一标准答案"的惯性思维对学生的思维束缚等。The paper expounds the positive role in improving the quality of classroom teaching by classroom case-teaching method. It analyses several problems occurred in the implementation process. Combining the teaching practice, the paper puts forward the thought of effective implementation of classroom case teaching, which includes to strengthen teacher's training, to raise the teacher ability in controlling classroom, to guide and enlighten the cooperative learning contents of the study group and the teaching, to solve free rider behavior in the case analysis process, and trying to break the inertial thinking of "only standard answer" which binds up the students.
