摘　　要：目的:观察不同中医证型非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者对DP方案化疗的有效率及化疗毒副反应。方法:观察2016年1月至2017年3月在甘肃省肿瘤医院收治的ⅢB/Ⅳ期NSCLC患者,按照中医证型辨识,痰湿证、血瘀证、热毒证、阴虚证及气虚证各30例。均采用DP方案(多西他赛+顺铂)化疗。3周为1周期,4周期后行疗效评价。结果:总有效率33.3%,痰湿证有效率53.3%,显著高于其他4个证型,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在化疗毒副反应方面,气虚证及阴虚证患者Ⅲ～Ⅳ级白细胞减少发生率及Ⅲ～Ⅳ级恶心、呕吐发生率均明显高于其他证型患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:DP方案对不同中医证型的ⅢB/Ⅳ期NSCLC均有一定疗效,其中对痰湿型患者疗效更为显著,毒副反应相对较轻。Objective：To observe the effective percentage and toxicity of DP regimen in the treatment of non small cell lung cancer with different TCM syndrome types. Methods：Patients with Ⅲ B/Ⅳ stage of NSCLC were observed from January 2016 to March 2017 in Gansu provincial cancer hospital. According to TCM syndrome differentiation of NSCLC was divided into phlegm,blood stasis,heat toxin syndrome,Yin deficiency syndrome and Qi deficiency syndrome. All patients were treated by DP regimen chemotherapy. 3 weeks for 1 cycles,the therapeutic effects were evaluated after 4 cycles. Results：The total efficiency was 33.3% ,the effective rate of phlegm dampness was 53.3% ,significantly higher than the other 4 syndromes, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05 ）. The toxicity of chemotherapy, Qi deficiency and Yin deficiency syndrome in patients with grade Ⅲ -Ⅳ neutropenia and nausea incidences were significantly higher than other syndromes,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The DP regimen has a certain effect on the various TCM syndrome types in the Ⅲ B/Ⅳ stage of N SCLC,the phlegm dampness patients curative effect is more significant, adverse reactions are relatively mild.
