摘 要:目的探讨翻转课堂教学模式在高职病理学教学中的应用效果。方法将72名高职临床医学学生随机分为对照组与实验组,实验组开展翻转课堂教学,对照组实行传统授课模式。比较两组学生病理学考试成绩和自主学习能力的差异。结果①实验组的实践考核成绩明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);②实验组学生自学能力各维度评分及总评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施翻转课堂教学有利于培养学生临床思维能力、提高自主学习能力,有助于为学生的终身学习奠定基础。Objective To explore the application results of flipped classroom in pathology teaching at higher vocational schools. Methods We randomly divided 72 higher vocational students of clinical medicine into experimental group and control group, with 36 students in each. Flipped classroom model was adopted for pathology teaching in experimental group. Meanwhile, the teach-ing traditional model was conducted in control group. Differences in independent learning ability and pathology examination results were compared between the two groups. Results The prac-tice assessment scores in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group (P 〈C 0.001). The score of each dimension and the overall score of independent learning in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group (P 〈C0.05). Conclusion Adopting the flipped classroom teaching mode in pathology teaching can cultivate students' cli-nical thinking ability and autonomous learning ability, which will lay foundation for their lifelong learning.
