青岛市胶州地区幽门螺杆菌感染现状调查

摘　　要：目的:了解青岛市胶州地区健康体检人群幽门螺杆菌感染现状,为Hp的防治提供依据。方法:收集在健康体检中心健康体检者的14C-尿素呼气试验资料,并进行统计学分析。结果:4 611例体检者Hp阳性感染率为52.66%,男女性别间感染率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);不同年龄组Hp感染率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),<50岁者随年龄增长Hp感染率升高,>50岁者随年龄增长Hp感染率降低;男性不同年龄组Hp感染率差异无统计学意义(x^2=2.132,P=0.711),女性不同年龄组感染率差异具有统计学意义(x^2=24.754,P<0.001)。结论:胶州地区健康体检者Hp感染率低于全国平均水平,高于青岛主城区水平,应制定相应的预防对策,感染者及时接受根除式治疗。Objective： To understand present situation of Helicobacter pylori（ HP） infection in people with health examinations of Jiaozhou district of Qingdao city,in order to provide a basis for prevention of HP. Methods：^14C-urea breath test data of the people with health examinations in the health examination center were collected and analyzed statistically. Results： Among the 4611 people with health examinations,the HP positive rate was 52.66%,and the differences in the HP positive rate between male and female（ P〈0.05） as well as among different age groups（ P〈0.01） were statistically significant. For those with the age of 〈50,the HP infection rate increased with the increase of age,but for those with the age of 〉50,the HP infection rate decreased with the increase of age. For men,the difference in the HP positive rate among different age groups was not statistically significant（ x^2= 2. 132,P =0.711）; however,for women,the difference in the HP positive rate among different age groups was statistically significant（ x^2=24.754,P〈0.001）. Conclusions： In Jiaozhou district,the HP infection rate is lower than the national average value,but higher than the level of the main city of Qingdao. Therefore,it should develop appropriate prevention measures so that the infected people could receive the eradication therapy timely.
