HPV-DNA联合TCT检查对于诊断宫颈疾病的临床评价分析

摘　　要：目的分析HPV-DNA联合TCT检查对于诊断宫颈疾病的临床价值。方法方便选择苏州市吴中人民医院妇科2013年12月—2016年12月收治的124例行宫颈疾病筛查者为研究对象,实施HPV-DNA联合TCT检查,分析临床结果。结果单一使用TCT技术诊断所出具的结果和病理学诊断符合率为84.68%,HPV DNA荧光定量PCR检测阳性和病理学诊断符合率为62.90%,对于使用TCT诊断为ASC的19例病患研究证实,经PCR监测的HPV阳性为9例。因此以TCT为基础,对于ASC者实施HPV DNA荧光定量测定,TCT技术联合HPV DNA荧光定量法和病理检查结果符合率为92.00%。结论在宫颈疾病早期筛查过程中,实行TCT联合HPV DNA检测,能够在一定程度上提升宫颈疾病筛查的敏感度以及高度病变阳性情况,这对于提升疾病检出率,早期制定合理化治疗方案,降低宫颈癌发病率来讲,具有重要意义,值得进一步推广。Objective This paper tries to analyze the clinical value of the HPV-DNA combined with TCT examination in diagnosis of cervical diseases. Methods Convenient selection 124 cases of cervical disease screening in this hospital from December 2013 to December 2016 were selected and adopted HPV-DNA combined with TCT examination, and then the clinical effect was analyzed. Results The coincidence rate of TCT technology diagnosis alone and pathological diagnosis was84.68%, and that of the positive rate of HPV DNA fluorescence quantitative PCR and pathological diagnosis was 62.90%,the study of 19 patients who were diagnosed with TCT with ASC confirmed that there were 9 cases of positive HPV by PCR.Therefore, based on the TCT, the coincidence rate of the TCT technique combined with the HPV DNA fluorescence quantimetry and the pathologic examination of the ASC was 92.00%. Conclusion In the process of early screening of cervical disease, the TCT combined with HPV-DNA testing to a certain extent can improve the screening sensitivity of uterus disease, and a highly positive lesion, which is of great significance to increase the disease detection rate, formulate rational treatment therapy, decrease cervical cancer incidence, so it is worth further promotion.
