摘　　要：工程类研究生为应用型高层次人才,校企合作是培养实践能力的有力途径。分析面向工程类研究生的校企合作中障碍与不足,健全校企合作的保障机制和校企合作培养,使学校与企业建立稳定长期的合作,促进工程实践培养,切实提高工程类研究生培养质量。Engineering postgraduates are high-level applied personnel, with school-enterprise cooperation as its powerful approach to cultivate practical ability. On the basis of analyzing the obstacles and shortcomings in the cooperation between school and enterprise for engineering graduate students, the school-enterprise cooperation protection mechanism and school-enterprise cooperation are improved, so that schools and enterprises can establish a stable long-term cooperation, promote engineering practice, and effectively improve the quality of engineering postgraduates.
