摘　　要：走生态文明发展之路,已是当今人类社会生存和发展的必然选择,这意味着我国将需要大量的适应生态文明社会的新型法律人才,环境与资源保护法学课程的发展有很大上升空间。文章以生态文明社会新型法律人才需求为导向,以环境与资源保护法学课程为载体,以"参与式教学"为突破口,改革教学模式、优化教学内容,以提高课堂教学质量为核心,立足于民办高校教学实践进行研究。It is an inevitable choice for the survival and development of the social human being to take the road of ecological civilization development. It means that China will need a large number of new legal talents to adapt to the ecological civilization and there＇s a lot of room to go up for the development of Environment and Resources Protection Law course. This paper is guided by the new legal talent demand of ecological civilization which takes environmental and resource conservation law courses as a carrier and ＂Participatory Teaching＂ as the breakthrough to reform teaching mode and optimize the teaching content. It is the core to improve the quality of classroom teaching and carry on this research based on the teaching practice of private colleges and universities.
