摘　　要：面对当前高职院校职业教育发展的要求和社会竞争压力的冲击下,要求高职教师不仅要能胜任理论教学,还要有实践教学能力和创新能力。高职院校为提高教师教育教学能力,培养"一师多能"型高职教师,对促进我国高职教育持续健康发展具有现实意义。Faced with the requirement of the development of higher vocational education and the pressure of social competition, vocational college teachers should not only be competent for theoretical teaching, but also need to have practical teaching ability and innovative ability. As a higher vocational college, it is of practical significance to improve the teaching and teaching ability of its teachers and train teachers of ＂one major, many skills＂ in order to promote the sustainable and healthy development of higher voca-tional education in China.
