摘　　要：创办企业型高职院校,有助于淡化行政权力,调动广大教职员工的工作积极性,促进高职院校持续发展。加强高职院校企业化管理,需要借鉴企业先进的管理方式,强化教师及管理人员的选拔制度建设、文化建设、绩效管理等,扩大高职院校办学的自主权。创办企业型高职院校的具体路径主要有:强化高职院校企业化运行管理、实行多元化职教资源投资体制、灵活配置人力资源、树立以学生为中心的质量意识,构建以"企业化"项目导向的培养模式、进行企业化绩效管理。The establishment of the enterprise-like higher vocational colleges should learn from advanced management mode of enterprises,strengthen the selection system of teachers and administrators,intensify cultural construction and performance management and so on.There are several ways to establish enterprise-like higher vocational colleges,such as carrying on enterprise operation and management,diversifying vocational education resources investment system,enabling flexible human resources allocation,building the student-centered quality consciousness as well as establishing＂enterprise＂project orientation training mode and carrying on the enterprise performance management.
