摘 要:通过响应面法及综合分析法对桉木多层板插接结构节点强度进行研究。详细分析不同卡口尺寸对插接结构节点抗拔、抗弯以及抗扭转强度的影响。采用单因素分析法,分别对构件进行抗拔、抗弯以及抗扭转实验,并通过响应面法分别计算得到构件的三种强度与卡口尺寸间的关系式。通过综合分析法,对多层板插接结构抗拔、抗弯以及抗扭转强度进行综合分析,得出多层板插接结构设计方法,从而为插接结构家具的结构设计提供方法和参考依据。The influence on plug joint strength with variable dimensions of the bayonet made of multi-layer boards was investigated by response surface method and comprehensive analysis method for details. Firstly, the single-factor analysis method was used to analyze the anti-pulling, anti-bending and anti-torsion strength of the component respectively. The functions of three kinds of strength and bayonet dimensions were fitted by the response surface method. Then a comprehensive analysis was conducted with three kinds of strength to obtain the design method of plug joint. Furthermore, the dimension of plug joint under different loadings was able to be designed by the equations of joint strength. So as to provide the method and reference for structural design of plug structure furniture.
