摘　　要：本研究对我国养羊的现状和前景进行了详细分析,目前我国羊肉产量居世界首位,近年来,规模化养殖呈现连年递增的趋势,种羊场规模化程度有所提升,羊存栏量缓慢增加,羊出栏量各省有不同程度增幅;进出口方面,我国羊肉由于出口价格提升使得失去价格优势;消费方面,我国人均羊肉消费量今年稳定上升。从发展趋势来看,我国肉羊养殖正由养殖规模小、千家万户的散养方式为主向规模化标准化舍饲养殖模式转变,从价格来看,今后羊肉价格大幅回落的空间十分有限,羊肉价格高位波动将是常态。研究认为,应当采取实施科学育肥,提高羊肉品质的措施,建立有机、协调、稳定的良性循环发展模式。为全面了解我国养羊业、羊肉产品加工产业的发展,以及未来我国养羊业发展方向提供参考。In this paper, the present situation and prospect of sheep in China have been discussed in detail. At present, Mutton production is the first in the world. In recent years, large-scale farming showed an increasing trend year by year, farm scale improved, sheep population increases slowly, the sheep slaughter have different degrees of growth. The export of lamb is declining because of the increasing price. And the consumption of lamb is increasing those years. From the point of view of the development trend, The sheep breeding mode is changing from small scale to large scale and standardization breeding mode. For the point of price, the price of lamb will not decline too much and will stay in high price with extreme volatility. The scientific fattening,improvement of the lamb quality, and establish an organic, coordinated and stable development model is important. The research gives a comprehensive understanding of sheep industry in china, mutton products processing, industry development, as well as the future development.
