摘 要:根据用户需求设计的新型卧式液压机,其机架由两根横梁和三根拉杆组成,三根拉杆的位置分布不对称于液压力的作用中心。针对由拉杆的位置分布不对称性造成的拉杆受力不均衡等问题,建立了非对称卧式液压机机架优化模型,提出了一种惯性权重凹函数递减的粒子群算法,利用Matlab和ANSYS程序,结合某工程实例进行优化实验,实验表明所提出的算法比惯性权重线性递减的粒子群算法更有效,优化后机架的重量减轻了13%,拉杆之间的受力更加均衡,达到了对非对称液压机机架优化设计的目的。In the horizontal hydraulic press that designed according to users' requirements, the frame is constituted by three rods and two beams. And the rods distribute asymmetrically to the center of hydraulic pressure. To solve theframe problems such as the imbalance of rod's pulling force caused by the rods' distribution asymmetry,a mathematical model for the optimization design of asymmetric hydraulic press frame is established, and a particle swarm optimization algorithmis presented, in which the inertia weight decreases by concave function. Matlab and ANSYS program are adopted ascomputation tool Finally,experiments based on a practical engineering case are conducted.In the simulation test, the proposed algorithm demonstrates a better performance compared with the particle swarm optimization algorithm with linear decreasing inertia weight.After optimization design,weight of the frame decreases by 13% ,and the distribution of the three rods' pulling force turn more balance&Therefore, the objective of the optimization design ofasymmetric horizontal hydraulic press frame is achieved.
