摘  要:目的:探讨初中生的自悯在其人格、自尊与社会性体格焦虑的关系中的中介作用。方法:选取河北省某市两所中学共370名初中生,采用社会性体格焦虑量表(SPAS)、艾森克人格问卷简式量表中文版(EPQ-RSC)、自尊量表(SES)、中文版自悯量表(SCS)测量社会性体格焦虑、内外向、神经质、自尊、自悯水平。结果:男生SPAS得分低于女生[(38±8)vs.(39±7);P<0.05]。SPAS得分与内外向维度、SES得分、SCS得分呈负相关(r=-0.54^-0.26,P<0.01),与神经质维度呈正相关(r=0.44,P<0.01)。自悯在神经质与社会性体格焦虑、自尊与社会性体格焦虑间均具有部分中介作用,Bootstrap输出的95%可信区间分别为(0.09~0.21)和(-0.22^-0.08),自悯占神经质对社会性体格焦虑预测总效应的45.5%,自悯占自尊对社会性体格焦虑预测总效应的39.0%。结论:初中生的自悯在神经质、自尊与社会性体格焦虑的关系中起部分中介作用。Objective: To explore the mediating effects of self-compassion among personality, self-esteem and social physique anxiety in middle school students. Methods: The Social Physique Anxiety Scale (SPAS), Eysenck Personality Questionnaire-Revised Short Scale for Chinese (EPQ-RSC), Self-Esteem Scale (SES) and Self-Compassion Scale(SCS) were used to measure social physique anxiety, extroversion, neuroticism, self-esteem and self- compassion. Results: Boys got lower SPAS scores[ (38 ± 8) vs. (39 ± 7) ; P 〈 0. 05] than girls. The SPAS scores were negatively correlated with the scores of extroversion, SES, SCS(r = - 0. 54 - - 0. 26, P 〈 0. 01), while the SPAS scores were positively correlated with the scores of neuroticism (r = 0. 44, P 〈 0.01). Self-compassion played a partly mediating role between neuroticism and social physique anxiety, self-esteem and social physique anxiety, the confidence interval from Bootstrap output were 95 % (0.09 -0. 21) and 95 % ( -0. 22 - -0. 08). The effect of neuroticism and self-esteem accounted for 45.5%, 39. 0% of total effect. Conelusion: It suggests that self-compas- sion could mediate the relation of neurotieism and self-esteem to social physique anxiety partially.
