摘 要:采用超声波处理装置对含聚原油和AP-P4溶液分别进行了处理试验。结果表明,超声波频率的增加使得含聚原油体系的旋转黏度降低;对AP-P4体系而言,频率越高、作用温度越高,其体系的黏度越小,并且在功率为250W时,对体系黏度的影响较大,作用时间超过15 min后,对体系黏度的影响程度有所减弱。这表明超声波对AP-P4有一定的降解作用,可以有效降低含聚原油黏度,减少原油预处理过程中的结垢给装置正常生产带来的影响。Treatment experiments on the polymer containing crude oil and AP- P4 solution were made by ultrasonic. The results showed that the rotational viscosity of the system was to be decreased with the increase on the ultrasonic frequency. As to AP - P4 solution, the system viscosity became lower with increase on frequency and experiment temperature of the ultrasonic, the effect of ultrasonic on the viscosity of the system was greater under the ultrasonic power was 250 W, and the effect on viscosity of the system was weakened after more than 15 min. The experimental showed that ultrasonic could cause degradation of AP -P4 at a certain extent, viscosity of the polymer containing crude oil could be reduced effectively, and influence of the deposition during the pretreatment of the crude oil on the normal production of the unit could be reduced.
