摘　　要：复杂性局部疼痛综合征是难以解决的神经性疼痛疾病之一,近年来成为基础及临床研究的热点。虽然其病理生理学机制尚不明确且缺乏特异性的治疗手段,但大量的研究结果为本病的早期诊断和治疗提供了相应的依据。本文针对近年来有关复杂性局部疼痛综合征的流行病学、病理生理学机制和治疗方法的相关研究进行综述。As one of the most difficult issues concerning neurological pain diseases,complex regional pain syndromes has become a hot topic in basic and clinical research in recent years. Although pathophysiological mechanism is not clear and specific therapeutic approaches are insufficient,a large number of research results have provided corresponding basis for early diagnosis and treatment of this disease. The papers reviews the recent studies on the epidemiology,pathophysiological mechanism and treatment methods of complex regional pain syndromes.
