摘 要:目的观察P53、MDM-2在肺癌中的表达情况,并分析与肺癌临床病理特征的相关性。方法收集2014年1月—2016年12月诸城市人民医院经病理学确诊的肺癌组织及癌旁组织标本各74例,采用免疫组织化学检测P53和MDM-2蛋白的表达,比较P53和MDM-2在肺癌组织和癌旁组织之间的表达差异,探讨P53、MDM-2和肺癌临床病理特征之间的关联。结果肺癌组织P53阳性率显著高于癌旁组织(60.8%vs.18.9%,χ~2=26.30,P=0.000),MDM-2阳性率亦显著高于癌旁组织(48.6%vs.20.3%,χ~2=11.68,P=0.000);有吸烟史患者MDM-2阳性率高于无吸烟史者(χ~2=8.837,P=0.003),淋巴结转移患者P53、MDM-2阳性率显著高于无淋巴结转移患者(χ~2=5.462、6.058,P<0.05);肿瘤直径≥3 cm患者MDM-2阳性率显著高于肿瘤直径<3 cm者(χ~2=4.710,P=0.041);不同分期患者MDM-2阳性率具有统计学差异(χ~2=4.689,P=0.034)。结论 P53、MDM-2在非小细胞肺癌中高表达,其表达程度和临床病征相关联,共同参与非小细胞肺癌的发生、生长、侵袭和淋巴结转移。Objective To investigate the expression of P53 and MDM-2 in lung cancer,and to analyze the association between P53,MDM-2 and clinicopathological features of lung cancer.Methods Seventy-four cases of lung cancer tissues and para-cancerous tissues were collected from January 2014 to December 2016 in our hospital.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of P53 and MDM-2 protein,and the expression of P53 and MDM-2 in lung cancer tissues and adjacent tissues were analyzed.The correlation between P53,MDM-2 and clinicopathological features of lung cancer was analyzed.Results The positive rate of P53 in lung cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues(60.8% vs.18.9%,χ^2=26.30,P=0.000);The positive rate of MDM-2 in lung cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues(48.6% vs.20.3%,χ^2=11.68,P=0.000);The positive rate of P53 in patients with lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that without lymph node metastasis(χ^2=5.462,P=0.019);The positive rate of MDM-2 in patients with lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that without lymph node metastasis(χ^2=6.058,P=0.020);The positive rate of MDM-2 in patients with ≥3cm tumor size was significantly higher than that 〈3 cm tumor size(χ^2=4.710,P=0.041);The positive rate of MDM-2 was statistically different in different stages(χ^2=4.689,P=0.034).Conclusion MDM-2 and P53 are highly expressed in non-small cell lung cancer,and the expression level is associated with clinical symptoms,which is involved in the occurrence,growth,invasion and lymph node metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer.
