摘  要:目的通过对深圳市学生HIV/AIDS病例分析,以探讨控制青少年艾滋病疫情增长蔓延势头的策略。方法收集深圳市所有学生HIV/AIDS病例疫情数据及基本资料。结果深圳市学生艾滋病疫情总体呈上升趋势,以男性为主,男男性行为接触史占80%以上,其中84.4%学生患者在19岁(大专及大学阶段)以后检出HIV感染。43.8%的学生感染者是在主动接受咨询检测中查出,寻找性伴的社交方式的调查中发现62.5%是通过网络、手机APP。结论需要提早对青少年人群进行干预,在大专及大学阶段之前的阶段进行深入全面艾滋病干预,对性行为特别是同性性行为增强防护意识,并可考虑采用青少年互联网社交途径干预,提高艾滋病主动咨询检测意识。Objective To analyze HIV/AID cases in students in Shenzhen so as to discuss strategies for control- ling the growth and spread of AIDS epidemic in adolescents. Methods Epidemic data of HIV/AIDS cases in students in Shenzhen and general information of the students were collected. Results The overall trend of AIDS epidemic Shenzhen was on the rise; affected were mainly males, and those with a history of homosexual contact accounted for more than 80% ; 84. 4% of student patients were found to be HIV - positive after the age of 19 (university and college students). HIV was detected in voluntary counseling and testing in 43.8% of infected students; 62.5% of infected students sought sexual partners via the Internet and mobile phase APP. Conclusion Early intervention is necessary in adolescents. Profound and comprehensive AIDS interven- tion should be administered in students before they enter colleges and universities to enhance their awareness of protection in sexual behaviors ( in particular homosexual behaviors) ; intervention via Internet social activity channels in students may be considered to enhance their awareness of voluntary counseling and testing.
