摘　　要：目的:研究不同社会经济地位老年人口腔健康状况的差异,为促进老年人健康保健提供参考。方法:利用2013年云南省开展的60岁及以上老年人口腔健康状况调查数据,对性别、年龄等人口学基本特征,经济收入、受教育年限、职业、有无医保和居住地区等社会经济指标进行Logistic回归,比较不同社会经济地位的老年人的失牙情况,分析社会经济地位对老年人口腔健康状况的影响。结果:社会经济地位对老年人口腔健康有影响,农村老年人口腔健康状况差于城市,年收入低的老年人差于收入高的老年人,有医保者口腔健康状况差于无医保者。城市和高收入是老年人口腔健康的保护因素。结论:社会经济地位对老年人口腔健康的影响作用不容忽视。云南省在制定老年人口腔健康防控策略时应充分考虑社会经济地位因素,调整口腔卫生服务资源的分配,加强农村地区口腔卫生服务的可及性和促进卫生服务的利用率。Objective： To investigate the oral health among the elderly people with different socioeconomic status. Methods： The data of a representative sample≥60 years were drawn from elderly oral health survey in Yunnan in 2013 .With basic demo- graphic characteristics of gender and age, socioeconomic status indicators of income, years of education, occupation, with or with- out health insurance and residential areas, using Logistic regression model, we compared the epidemic status of elderly tooth loss and analyzed the difference of elderly oral health. Results： The socio-economic status had influenced the elderly oral health. The rate of tooth loss among elderly people in the rural was higher than that of the urban. The rate of tooth loss in low-income elderly was higher than that in the high-income elderly. The tooth loss rates of the elderly with health insurance were worse than those with- out health insurance. In the urban and with high-income were the protective factors of the elderly. Conclusion： The influence of so- cioeconomic status on the elderly oral health cannot be ignored. When developing strategies of the elderly oral health prevention and control in Yunnan, we should take full account of the socioeconomic factors, adjust the distribution of oral health service resources, particularly promote the accessibility of the oral health services in the rural areas.
