摘 要:甲醛是室内化学污染的主要污染物,对人类的生命健康与安全产生着严重的威胁,寻找合理、安全的室内甲醛污染治理方法已经成为公众高度关注的问题。室内甲醛污染的植物生态修复凭借绿色、经济、可持续的优点逐渐成为室内甲醛污染治理的热点与前沿,而选择具有高甲醛污染抗性的植物是有效治理室内甲醛污染的重要前提,植物体内POD活性是判断植物对甲醛污染胁迫抗性能力强弱的重要依据。研究采用密闭熏气法对8种常见室内耐阴观叶植物进行了3种不同浓度梯度的甲醛污染胁迫实验,针对植物种类和甲醛胁迫浓度2种变量,对植物体内POD活性变化进行了研究,结果表明:植物种类和甲醛污染浓度及其二者的协同作用均对植物POD活性有显著影响,其中绿萝对甲醛污染胁迫抗性最强,红掌最弱。综合评定8种室内耐阴观叶植物的对甲醛污染胁迫抗性能力,绿萝、白鹤芋为抗性较强的植物,长寿花、金边吊兰、全绿吊兰次之,红掌和幸福树抗性能力最弱。Formaldehyde is the main pollutant of indoor chemical pollution, which is severely threatening the human-being's daily life. To find a reasonable and safety method to control the indoor formaldehyde pollution has become an urgent issue. To control the indoor formaldehyde pollution by plants for its environment-friendly, sustainability and economy has gradually become more and more popular in indoor formaldehyde pollution control. The choice of the plants resisting the indoor formaldehyde pollution stress is an important prerequisite to control the indoor formaldehyde pollution effectively. The activity of peroxidase in plants is an important basis of judging the resistance ability of plants to formaldehyde pollution stress. The study made 8 kinds of shade tolerant foliage-plants live under formaldehyde stress. The effect of plant species and formaldehyde were judged by the change of POD in plants. The results show that both of the formaldehyde and the plant species and the collaboration of them have an significant effect on plant POD activity. The resistance capability of eight species to formaldehyde pollution is listed as follows, the resistance capability of Scindapsus aureum and Kalanchoe blossfeldiana is the best, Spathiphyllum floribundum, Chlorophytum capense var. Marginatum, Chlorophytum comosum and Sansevieria trifasciata var. Laurentii comes second, with Radermachera sinica and Anthurium andraeanum least.
