摘　　要：作为高校基层党支部，深入贯彻落实习总书记系列讲话精神，持续强化思想引领、加强思想政治工作，全面落实高校立德树人根本任务，着力推动“两学一做”学习教育常态化和制度化，是当前的一项紧迫的政治任务。本文结合所在支部实践，就高校基层党支部立足岗位，通过多种方式，构筑高校基层“服务型”党组织，强化支部党员的党员意识、服务意识，把基层党建和“立德树人”有机结合，努力构筑高校基层服务型党组织方面作了初步探索。As a grassroots Party branch of University, how to practice and implement the spirit of Xi General Secretary series speech, continue to strengthen the ideological guidance, strengthen ideological and political work, the full implementation of high moral values establishment and people cultivation as fundamental task, efforts to promote the ＂studies on the theoretical and practical issues of party building＂ learning education normalization and institutionalization is an urgent political task at present. Based on the practice of the party branch, grassroots party branches in universities fulfilling our duties, through a variety of ways to construct the ＂grassroots service type＂ Party organization in university. Party members strengthen party member consciousness, service consciousness, combined grassroots party building need and high moral values establishment and people cultivation. We do initial explore on building grassroots service type Party organizations in Universities.
