小切口改良甲状腺切除术治疗甲状腺瘤的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨小切口改良甲状腺切除术治疗甲状腺瘤的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的96例甲状腺瘤患者,根据不同术式分为对照组和观察组,各48例。对照组行传统甲状腺切除术,观察组行小切口改良甲状腺切除术。比较两组临床效果。结果观察组的手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量、切口长度均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组瘢痕美观满意度为93.75%,高于对照组的70.83%(P<0.05);观察组术后切口感染、呼吸困难、声音嘶哑及颈部紧缩感发生率稍低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后6个月,两组生活质量评分较术前均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小切口改良甲状腺切除术治疗甲状腺瘤,临床效果显著,患者满意度高。Objective To explore the clinical effect of small incision modified thyroidectomy in the treatment of thyroid tumor. Methods Ninety-six patients with thyroid tumor admitted in our hospital were divided into control group and obser- vation group according to different operations, with 48 cases in each group. The control group received conventional thyroidectomy, and the observation group was treated with small incision modified thyroidectomy. The clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time, hospitalization time, intraoperative blood loss and incision length of the observation group were better than those of the control group （P〈0.05）; the aesthetic satisfaction of scar in the observation group was 93.75%, which was higher than 70.83% of the control group （P〈0.05）; the incidence rates of postop- erative incisional infection, dyspnea, hoarseness and neck tightening in the observation group were slightly lower than those in the control group, but the differences were not statistically significant （P〉0.05）; at 6 months after operation, the quality of life scores of both groups were higher than those before operation, and those of the observation group were higher than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Small incision modified thyroidectomy applied in the treatment of thyroid tumor has remarkable effect, with high aesthetic satisfaction of scar.
