摘　　要：目的分析1991-2011年贵州省成人体质指数(Body Mass Index,BMI)分布及变化趋势。方法利用1991-2011年"中国健康与营养调查"项目8次追踪调查数据,选取贵州省18~60岁居民为研究对象,分析不同特征研究对象BMI及超重肥胖率的变化趋势。结果 1991-2011年贵州省成人BMI均值从(21.2±2.3)kg/m2上升到(22.8±3.3)kg/m2;男、女BMI均值分别上升了0.7 kg/m2和0.2kg/m2;40岁~年龄组BMI均值上升最快;城市、郊区、县城和农村居民BMI均值分别上升了1.1 kg/m2、1.1 kg/m2、1.9 kg/m2和1.9 kg/m2;超重肥胖率从11.4%上升到33.9%。结论贵州城乡居民超重肥胖呈增长趋势。Objective To analyze the distribution and the trends of body mass index （BMI） among the adults in Guizhou from 1991 to 2011. Methods The data from China Health and Nutrition Survey （1991 -2011 ） were used to understand the changing trend of BMI levels and prevalence of overweight and obesity among residents aged 18 - 60 years in Guizhou. Results During 1991 - 2011, the means of BMI among the adtdts increased from （ 21.2 ± 2.3 ） kg/m^2 to （22.8 ± 3.3 ） kg/m^2. The means of BMI among the male and the female rose by 0.7 kg/m^2 and 0.2 kg/m^2 respectively. The means of BMI of the 40 - age group set fastest rising. The means of BMI among the participants in urban, suburb, town and village increased 1.1 kg/m^2 ,1.1 kg/m^2 ,1.9 kg/m^2 and 1.9 kg/m^2 respectively. The prevalence of overweight and obesity increased from 11.4% to 33.9%. Conclusion The prevalence of overweight and obesity had the increasing tendency among the participants in Gui zhou province.
