摘　　要：目的了解青少年心理资本,生命意义感和幸福感的关系,为全面促进青少年的身心健康发展提供参考。方法以心理资本量表、生命意义感量表和幸福感量表为工具,采用多阶段随机抽样的方法,抽取江苏575名中学生和大学生进行调查。结果 (1)男生在自我效能、韧性以及心理资本总分上要高于女生(t=3.65,P<0.05;t=3.62,P<0.05;t=2.70,P<0.05);城镇籍青少年在自我效能、幸福感得分上要高于农村籍青少年(t=1.96,P<0.05;t=2.32,P<0.05);中学生在心理资本总分、希望以及寻求意义的得分上都要高于大学生(t=2.07,P<0.05;t=2.90,P<0.05;t=2.97,P<0.05);(2)心理资本、生命意义感与幸福感之间呈正相关关系(P均<0.05),生命意义感在自我效能与幸福感之间、希望与幸福感之间也起到完全中介的作用,在乐观与幸福感之间起到部分中介的作用。结论生命意义感在心理资本和幸福感之间起到中介的作用。Objective To explore the relationship among adolescents＇ psychological capital, psychological well -being and meaning in life, and to promote the development of physical and mental health of youth. Methods 575 middle school students and college students selected through multi - stage random sampling from Jiangsu province were investigated by positive psychological capital questionnaire （ PPQ）, the meaning in life questionnaire （MLQ） and index of well - being （ IWB ）. Results （ 1 ） Psychological capital score, self - efficacy score and resilience score of the male were higher than that of female （ t = 2. 70 ,P 〈 0.05 ; t = 3.65, P 〈 0.05 ; t = 3.62, P 〈 0.05 ）. Self - efficacy score and psychological well - being score of urban teenagers were higher than that of rural teenagers （ t = 1.96,P 〈 0.05 ; t = 2.32, P 〈 0.05 ）. The scores of PPQ, self - efficacy subscale and search for meaning （MLQ -S） were all higher in the middle school students than in the college students （t = 2. 07, P 〈 0. 05 ; t = 2.90, P 〈 0.05 ; t = 2.97, P 〈 0. 05 ）. （ 2 ） Psychological capital, psychological well - being were positively correlated with meaning in Life （ Ps 〈 0.05 ）. Meaning in Life, which mediated the relationship between self - efficacy and psychological well - being and the relationship between hope and psychological well - being, had partly mediator effect between optimism and psychological well - being. Conclusion There is a mediate effect of meaning in Life between psychological capital and psychological well - being.
