摘　　要：创新驱动是中国经济内涵外延发展的必然结果,对于刺激中国内生创新力和外在保障力具有积极意义。在实施创新驱动发展战略过程中,既需要创新主体和客体的多向支撑与保障,更需要不断优化创新的生态环境。为此,构建集市场、知识、要素、产业、管理于一体的生态化整合体系,对于培育从要素驱动、投资驱动向创新驱动转变,促进五大发展理念相协相进的系统性环境生成意义重大。Innovation driven is the inevitable result of China＇s economic connotation and denotation,and it has positive significance for stimulating endogenous innovation and external support.In the process of implementing the strategy of innovation driven development,both the innovation subject and the object should be supported and guaranteed,and the ecological environment should be optimized constantly.Therefore,to construct ecological market,knowledge,factors,industry,management in one integrated system is of great significance.for cultivation from the factor driven,investment driven to innovation driven,promote the development of the concept of the five phase of the co phase in the system environment.
