摘  要:实验从脐橙病果上分离获得酸腐病病原菌,结合传统手段(病原菌形态学鉴定及柯赫氏法则)和分子方法鉴定为Geotrichurn candidum,并进一步研究了该病原菌生物学特性及抑菌。结果表明:脐橙酸腐菌的最佳生长条件是温度为(25~30)℃,p H为5;抑菌实验表明,农药杀菌剂中,百可得对酸腐菌抑制效果较好,在质量浓度为2 mg/m L时抑菌率达86.65%;植物提取液中川芎的抑菌效果最佳,质量浓度为40 mg/m L时抑菌率达到80.46%,有望开发为新型绿色脐橙防腐剂。A pathogen was isolated from the diseased navel orange and identified as Geotrichurn candidum by traditional methods(morphological identification of pathogens and Koch's law) and molecular methods. Its biological characteristics and antifungal activities were further studied. The results showed that the optimal growth conditions of this fungus were as the following: The temperature was(25~30)℃and the p H value was 5. The antifungal experiment showed that Bellkute could inhibit this fungus with the inhibitory rate of 86.65% at the concentration of 2 mg/m L. The inhibitory rate of the extract of Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort. was 80.46% at the concentration of 40 mg/m L, which may be developed as a novel green preservative for navel orange.
