摘  要:目的:考察海带提取物对免疫力低下小鼠的影响,探讨海带提取物的免疫调节作用。方法:用环磷酰胺制备免疫力低下小鼠模型,并将昆明种小鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、低、高剂量海带提取物组和阳性药物(脾氨肽)组。记录小鼠活动量、体重变化,计算脾脏系数、胸腺系数,检测各组IL-6和TNF-α血清水平。结果:与模型组比较,海带提取物在4.5 mg/g、13.5 mg/g剂量均可使小鼠体质改善、体重增长;海带提取物高剂量组的脾脏系数增高,而低剂量组的胸腺系数增高;高、低剂量组的白介素6(IL-6)均有所增高,而低剂量组的α肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)血清水平显著降低。结论:海带提取物能增强免疫低下小鼠的体质;同时可以提高小鼠的脾腺系数和胸腺系数,显示其在不同剂量分别调节体液免疫和细胞免疫的作用;海带提取物降低TNF-α而升高IL-6水平意味着其具有一定的抗炎症和调节Th1/Th2免疫平衡的作用。Abstrcact:Objective:To investigate the effects of Laminaria japonica extract on immune system of Lmmuno-compromised mice.Method:Cyclophosphamide is used to prepare model of immunocompromised mice.The Kunming mice were randomly divided into blank group,model group,low and high dose kelp extract group and positive drug(spleen aminopeptide)group.The activity of those mice,body weight,spleen coefficient and thymus coefficient were recorded,and the serum levels of IL-6 and the tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)were detected.Results:Compared with the model group,the physical fitness and weight of mice fed with high(4.5 mg/g)or low(13.5 mg/g)dose of kelp extract were improved;the spleen coefficient of mice in high dose kelp extract group and the thymus coefficient in low dose group rised.In addition,the serum levels of IL-6 of mice in kelp extract groups were increased,while the TNF-αserum levels in low dose group were significantly lower than in model group.Conclusion:Laminaria japonica extract can improve the physique of immunocompromised mice and inhance the spleen coefficient and thymus coefficient of mouse.The decrease of TNF-αand the increase of IL-6 level in kelp extract group indicate that this extract may have some anti-inflammatory effect or abillity to regulate immune balance of th1/th2.
