摘　　要：目的初步探索网络考试系统在留学生应用中的满意度。方法对本校选修儿科学的95名留学生和108名本科生进行网络考试,然后通过调查问卷进行网络考试满意度调查,问卷包括方便快捷、节能环保、防止作弊、安全性、成绩查询、信息反馈、相比纸质考试、整体满意度8个网络考试相关条目,调查内容按照"非常不满意、不满意、一般、满意、非常满意"5个等级分别赋予1、2、3、4、5分,通过结果评估留学生对网络考试应用的认可度,采用SPSS 20.0软件使用秩和检验分析留学生与中国学生对网络考试满意度的差异。结果留学生对网络考试的满意度较多集中在3、4分,介于一般与满意之间;各项满意度明显低于国内本科生(P<0.05)。结论网络系统在留学生中的应用需要进一步改进和提高。Objective To explore the satisfaction of the network examination system among medical for eign students. Methods A cohort study was performed between medical foreign students（95） and Chi- nese students（108） who majored pediatrics and took network examination. Satisfaction network test was investigated by a questionnaire including convenience, energy saving, environmental protection, prevention of cheating, safety, result query, information feedback, the superiority to traditional paper examination and the overall satisfaction 8 items, the survey content were given 1,2,3,4,5 points in accordance with the ＂very dissatisfied, dissatisfied, general, satisfied, very satisfied＂ 5 levels. Data were analyzed by rank sum test by SPSS20. 0, P 〈 0. 05 was considered statistically significant. Re- sults The satisfaction degree of medical foreign students concentrated in 3,4 points, which was be- tween the general and the satisfaction. The satisfaction degree was significantly lower than Chinese students （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of network system in medical foreign students needs to be further improved.
