摘 要:针对叶片式连续回转电液伺服马达的内泄漏影响其低速性能的问题,基于流体力学理论,采用有限元数值分析方法研究连续回转马达内部流场分布情况。应用UG软件建立了马达内流场的三维模型,通过ICEM CFD进行网格划分,生成了高质量的O型网格。导入流体分析软件ANSYS CFX中,并设置合理的边界条件,经仿真计算得到了不同的压差及间隙下马达的内泄漏量分布规律。结果表明:高低压腔之间的压差越大,通过叶顶间隙的流体的流速也越大,并且内泄漏随着压差的增加而增加,为研究马达内泄漏对其低速性能的影响奠定了基础。For the influence of the internal leakage of continuous rotary electro-hydraulic servo motor on its low speed performance, based on the theory of fluid mechanics, finite element analysis method was adopted to study the internal flow field distribution of continuous rotary motor and obtain the changing rule of the inside leakage of the motor. The 3D model of the internal flow field of the motor was established by UG software. The high quality O-grid was generated by the ICEM CFD software. Then mesh models were imported into finite element software ANSYS CFX, and reasonable boundary conditions was seting up. The motors' internal leakage distribution regularities were obtained under different pressure and gap of the vane through simulation, results show that the greater pressure between high and low pressure chamber, the greater the fluid flow rate through the tip clearance, and the internal leakage increases with the pressure difference increasing, which lay the foundation for studying the effect of internal leakage on the low speed performance of the motor.
