摘  要:"壁炉现象"已经成为制约校企合作深入发展的掣肘因素。基于企业社会责任理论,审视校企合作"壁炉现象"之根源在于企业社会责任意识不强导致的企业参与校企合作积极性不高。摒弃传统的"学校单一主体"为主导的办学思想,实施校企"双主体"办学,赋予企业相应的权力、责任和义务,置其于校企合作的主体地位,是破解校企合作"壁炉现象"的可行之策。The fireplace phenomenon has become the constraints factors restricting the further development of university enterprise cooperation. Based on the theory of corporate social responsibility, examine the root of university enterprise cooperation fireplace phenomenon is the corporate social responsibility consciousness is not strong in participating in the cooperation enthusiasm is not high. Abandon the traditional university single subject as the dominant thought of university, implementation the double subject running, take the core stakeholders, give enterprises the corresponding responsibility, set its dominant position in the cooperation, the fireplace phenomenon is feasible to break.
